How files are handled
Uploaded files are stored privately and used to perform the analysis you asked for.
Who can access them
Only your account. BizUnblock staff access them only when needed to operate or support the service.
AI processing
File contents are sent to third-party AI services only to perform your analysis. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep them
Files and results stay until you delete the analysis or your account. There is no automatic deletion today.
Deleting your data
Delete any analysis yourself, delete your whole account in Settings, or email hello@bizunblock.com.
