What BizUnblock is

BizUnblock is an AI-assisted business analysis service. You upload business documents — such as supplier price lists, purchase orders, quotes, invoices and product catalogs — and BizUnblock returns structured results, findings and downloadable files. BizUnblock is currently in Early Access.

Account information we store

When you create an account we store your email address, name, company name and sign-in details. If you apply for Early Access we also store the answers you give in the application form.

Files you upload

We store the files you upload so that we can perform the analysis you requested and so you can find it again later.

Uploaded business documents may contain commercially sensitive information, such as prices, margins, supplier terms and customer details. Files are stored privately and are only accessible to your account and to BizUnblock staff when needed to operate or support the service.

Analysis results

We store the results we produce for you, including summaries, findings and the data shown in downloads, so they remain available in your analysis history.

Operational logs

We keep operational records needed to run the service, such as analysis progress, errors, email delivery outcomes and basic usage events (for example which pages were viewed and which campaign brought you to the site).

Use of AI services

BizUnblock uses third-party AI services to read and analyse the contents of the files you upload. File contents are sent to these services only to perform the analysis you requested.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your information for unrelated advertising.

How long we keep data

Uploaded files and results remain stored until you delete the analysis or your account. If we introduce an automatic retention period in the future, we will update this page and tell account holders before it applies.

Deleting your data

You can delete any analysis from My analyses or from the analysis page; this removes its uploaded files and results.

You can delete your whole account and its data under Settings → Delete my account and data. You can also email us to request deletion.

Your rights (EU / GDPR)

BizUnblock serves businesses in the EU, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to personal data we process. You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at hello@bizunblock.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
