The service

BizUnblock provides AI-assisted business analysis. You upload business documents and receive structured results, findings and downloadable files. The service is intended for business use.

Checking results

Results are produced with AI and automated checks. They may contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations of your documents, and some situations require professional judgment.

You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them — for example before changing prices, approving invoices or placing orders. BizUnblock does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

Your files

You must have the right to upload the files you provide, including any information in them that belongs to suppliers, customers or other third parties. You keep all rights to your files and to the results produced for you.

Acceptable use

You may not use BizUnblock for anything illegal, upload content you are not allowed to share, try to access other customers' data, interfere with or overload the service, or try to get around usage limits.

Availability and Early Access

BizUnblock is in Early Access. Features may change, be added or removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Pricing

No payment is required during Early Access. The pricing shown on the website is planned pricing and may change before paid plans launch. You will never be charged without first agreeing to a paid plan.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BizUnblock is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data, or for decisions made based on results. BizUnblock's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and during free Early Access that amount is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination and suspension

You can stop using BizUnblock and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk, and we may end Early Access with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be settled by Swedish courts.
